I am super excited about the upcoming Open Studios Sunshine Coast 2024 art trails! Whether you’re a returning visitor or couldn’t make it last year, mark your calendars because this year promises even more art-filled delights. As a printmaker artist deeply passionate about the craft, I can’t wait to welcome you to my studio once, again, or as a first-time visitor.

Open Studios Sunshine Coast offers a unique opportunity to explore the hidden gems of artists’ sanctuaries. We can be a reclusive and introverted bunch, but we do love to share our passion with people interested in knowing more. Step inside my studio, where I’ll be eagerly waiting to share my love for printmaking with both familiar faces and new acquaintances. Whether you’re curious about printmaking or a seasoned enthusiast, there’s something here for everyone.

Nestled in the picturesque Maleny hills, my studio is a tranquil space where creativity flourishes amidst nature’s beauty. From my studio you can join me for printmaking and bookmaking workshops year-round, where I’ll not only share tips and techniques but also foster a sense of community and artistic exploration.

Immerse yourself in the sensory experience as you peruse through my collection and engage in conversations about the process and artistry behind printmaking. From linocuts to monotypes, etchings to artist books, there’s a diverse array of works available to view and for sale, including both originals and fine art reproduction prints.

And of course, no visit is complete without indulging in some tea, coffee, and delectable treats to fuel your artistic journey. So, come on over and join me for an unforgettable celebration of art, creativity, and camaraderie at Open Studios Sunshine Coast 2024!

Open Studios Sunshine Coast 2023

Last year’s Open Studio event was a huge success. Studios across the Hinterland and coastal areas enjoyed so many visitors. My weekend was too busy for me to get photos. I managed a few, but they don’t share the buzz that we experienced over the 3 days I was open.

I hope to see you over the weekend of 24-25-26 May 2024 !!

Maleny, the heart of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland

The Sunshine Coast Hinterland is a spectacularly beautiful corner of the world … and I am grateful beyond words to live and work in Maleny – the heart of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. The short video below is a quick snapshot of the area surrounding my studio space.
