With each piece of original artwork purchased from this site, you will receive a signed Certificate of Authenticity. It will state the name of the print, its edition number and information regarding the printmaking process(es) employed when creative the print. This certificate will be signed my me as proof that you have purchased an original work of fine art.
All care is taken when photographing, scanning and preparing the image reproductions for display within this website, however it must be noted that the colour you see on screen is not an exact representation of the actual artwork. It is as close as possible to the actual image, but several factors influence how the colour looks:
- variations of colour
- variation of colour display from one computer or device screen to another
When you purchase an original handprinted print on paper or silk from this website, please remember that you are purchasing an original, hand printed, one-of-a-kind piece of art. It is the nature of the handprinting process that variations may occur between prints, even with limited editions prints on paper.
Please keep this in mind when you select your print, and receive it upon final delivery.
If you have any concerns at all regarding the look of the final image, please contact me. I can send additional photos if you require them.
Artwork sizes are noted in the product description. The ‘paper size’ is the overall size of the paper the print has been printed onto (+/- 5mm). The ‘image size’ is the actual size of the printed image. I like to use white space in my work, so for some images, this ‘image size’ measurement includes the white space area designed to be a part of the image.
For prints that have white space included in their design, framing suggestions with full white space measurements will be included. How you choose to frame your print is totally up to your own discretion, but if you wish to frame it as it was designed, you will be able to used the enclosed instructions.
Credit card (securely processed with Square), PayPal and Direct Deposit payment options are available.
If you wish to pay via PayPal, you do not need to have a PayPal account, as you can use your credit or debit card at the checkout for a one-off payment.
Direct deposit is available for Australian purchases only. Please note that no sale is considered final until all funds have been received.
Delivery and Shipping
Postage and handling (P&H) for most original print artworks within Australia and International is Free.
P&H for all other items will attract charges, depending on the size of your order.
All P&H costs are calculated at the checkout.
Once payment has been received, your new purchase will be shipped within 2-5 business days.
Shipping within Australia will be via Australia Post.
International shipping is generally with Australia Post using Standard International Delivery services.
All prints on paper are sold and shipped unframed and unmounted, but carefully and securely packaged with acid free foamcore card backing and packed in an acid free cellophane bag. The bag is wrapped in a bubble wrap bag with card to ensure safe transit and arrival of your new print, or wrapped in bubble wrap with card.
Refunds and Returns
It is my genuine desire that you will love and treasure your new piece upon arrival. I will never grow tired of the feeling I get when someone loves my work enough to buy it and, hopefully, display and enjoy their new treasure day after day in their own space.
If your your purchased piece, within 14 days of delivery to you, is not as you expected it, I will offer you a refund or exchange. The print will need to be returned in its original condition, and your postage costs will be refunded to you. If you opt to exchange your print, any cost above the value of your initial purchase must be met by the purchaser.
Please note the following is required for a returns request to be accepted:
- it has to be less than 14 days since you have received the artwork
- the artwork must be in its original packaging and the same condition as it arrived
- please note artworks must be carefully readied for return shipment in their original packaging* in order to qualify for a refund
- it is important therefore that you take care when unpacking received artworks
For artworks that arrived damaged I ask for a photo of the damage to be provided so I can learn more about what went wrong with their particular shipment.
*If the packaging was insufficient or has been damaged in transit, please package to the best of your ability and be sure to take pictures for insurance purposes.
How to request a refund or item replacement?
Simply email me on firstname.lastname@example.org to explain why you wish to return or exchange the item.
Note: The option to request a return or replacement will only be active for orders within its 14 day returns period. After the request submission, you will then have a further 14 days in which to fulfil the return. A refund or replacement will not be issued until the item has been returned.
