My Repeat Offenders Reward is a little thank you to students who keep coming back to The Studio.

After attending ten eligible workshops, you’ll receive a complimentary workshop reward, subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

 1. Qualifying for Your Reward

  • Each eligible workshop you attend counts as one workshop towards your reward, whether it’s a one-day or two-day workshop.
  • Eligible workshops accumulate across calendar years until you reach ten.
  • Once a reward has been issued, your workshop tally starts again from zero.
  • Only workshops organised and run by me at The Studio in North Maleny count towards the reward.
  • Private tuition, private group workshops, online workshops, Executive Ink ongoing classes and Summer Impressions do not count towards the reward.
  • Workshops attended using a gift voucher, workshop credit or complimentary reward do not count towards the tally.

 

 2. Your Reward

Once you’ve attended ten eligible workshops, you can choose one of the following:

  • A complimentary one-day workshop from my public workshop schedule. An additional $25 applies to one-day cyanotype and eco-printing workshops.
  • $250 towards a two-day workshop from my public workshop schedule. You’ll need to pay any difference between the reward value and the workshop fee.
  • A two-hour private tuition session at The Studio.

Rewards are subject to availability. Only one Repeat Offenders Reward place is available in any workshop.

Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.

 

 2. Reward Notification and Expiry

  • Rewards are calculated annually, and eligible students will be notified in December.
  • Your reward is valid for the calendar year following notification. For example, a reward issued in December 2026 must be booked and attended by 31 December 2027.
  • Rewards not used within that period will expire.
  • Any workshop or private tuition booking made using your reward must be confirmed by me.

 

 3. Reward Bookings, Cancellations and Transfers

Transfers

  • You may request one transfer to another eligible workshop, provided the request is made at least four weeks before your original workshop date.
  • Transfers are subject to availability and my approval.
  • Once your reward booking has been transferred, it cannot be transferred again.
  • The replacement workshop must take place before your original reward expiry date.

Cancellations

  • If you cancel four weeks or more before your booked workshop, you may transfer your reward to another eligible workshop, subject to the conditions above.
  • If you cancel less than four weeks before your booked workshop, your reward will be forfeited unless I’m able to fill your place with another student.
  • If I can fill your place, I may allow you to transfer your reward to another eligible workshop, subject to availability and the original reward expiry date.
  • Any transfer permitted following a late cancellation counts as your one allowed transfer.
  • If you cancel a booking that has already been transferred, your reward will be forfeited.

 

 4. Changes to the Reward Program

I reserve the right to change or discontinue the Repeat Offenders Reward program.

Any rewards already issued will be honoured under the conditions that applied when they were awarded.

 

 5. Additional Information

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. The terms applicable to your reward are those in effect when it was issued, unless otherwise agreed.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
