Enrolment into and attendance at the Executive Ink In-person Tutoring/Classes is subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. General Class Enrolment Terms and Conditions

  • Enrolment is sold bundles of six (6) classes.
  • Each class is 3 hours as per the Class schedule:
    • 9am-12noon – Wednesday mornings
    • Semester 1
      • Starting Wednesday 2 March
      • Ending Wednesday22 June
  • You will have an 8 week period to use your 6 classes, starting from the date of attending your first class.
  • The 6 classes must be completed within the semester period purchased, unless agreed otherwise, in writing, with Kim Herringe.
  • Classes will not run on public holidays.
  • An attendance card will be provided that will be stamped for each class you attend. You can purchase additional classes, in bundles of 6, when and as often as you want to.

 

2. Confirmation of Enrolment

  • With 1-2 days of completing your online enrolment, you will be contacted to discuss what you want to achieve with these classes.
  • After that conversation you will be emailed an invoice for payment.
  • Full payment is required to secure your booking.
  • Payment can be made via PayPal or direct deposit.
  • Progress payments are available with prior arrangement. If you wish to make progress payments, a non-refundable deposit will be requested, and payment timing agreed.

 

3. Who Can Attend these Classes

  • With the launch of this program, Semester 1 (02 March to 22 June) classes are available ONLY to past students of Kim Herringe.
  • Past students are people who attended:
    • a publicly scheduled workshop run by Kim Herringe at The Zone, McCarthy Rd, Maleny (2018)
    • a publicly scheduled workshop run by Kim Herringe at Kim’s Studio in North Maleny (2019-2021)
    • a private group workshop run by Kim Herringe, but coordinated by a third party
    • a private tuition session with Kim Herringe
    • an online workshop presented by Kim Herringe
  • There is a maximum number of 6 students per class.

 

4. Class Cancellations

Cancellations by Students:

  • Cancellations made prior to attending the first class will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made after attending the first class will receive no refund.

Cancellation by Kim Herringe:

  • An individual class may be cancelled by Kim Herringe due to unforeseen circumstances (eg illness or global pandemic*). In this event, you will be able to reschedule to another class.
  • If a block of classes is cancelled, you may request a refund for the incomplete classes, or your class fee can be held in credit until classes resume.
  • *In the event that government restrictions force the cancellation or postponement of classes, as they did in the first half of 2020 with COVID19, students fees will be held in credit for when classes are able to resume again.

 

5. Class Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

  • Gift Voucher enrolments for Ongoing Printmaking Tutoring/Classes are subject to availability and the above Terms and Conditions.
  • No refunds are given for Gift Voucher purchases.
  • Gift Vouchers are valid until the “valid until” date noted on the voucher.
  • Gift Vouchers are transferable to another person with the written consent of the person the gift voucher was initially gifted to.
  • Gift Vouchers can be swapped for a scheduled workshop. In the event of a swap:
    • All workshop bookings are subject to availability.
    • If you have not undertaken your booked workshop within 12 months, you will forfeit your paid amount.
    • If you opt to swap to a workshops, and if the new workshop fee is greater than the amount paid for your Class enrolment fee, you will be required to pay the difference in fees. If the new workshop fee is less than the original enrolment fee, you will be refunded the difference, less a $22 administration fee.
    • Your new workshop booking is no longer subject to the above Cancellation terms and will be deemed non-refundable.
    • Once you have booked into your workshop, you may request to change your booked workshop/workshop date once four (4) or more weeks prior to that workshop start date. You will not be able to request any additional changes to your booking and you may forfeit your workshop fee.

 

6. Additional Information

  • No responsibility will be taken for any personal property left at the facility; nor liability for any personal injury, unless caused through negligence on the part of your tutor.
  • All information is correct at the time of publishing this page however I reserve the right to update or modify details should the need arise.
