Repeat Offenders Reward Terms and Conditions

If you attend more than one workshop* at my studio, you are a Repeat Offender.

If you attend 10 workshops* from my public workshop schedule, you receive the Repeat Offender Reward.

The Repeat Offender Reward is subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility
   • If you attend more than one workshop* at my studio, you qualify as a Repeat Offender.
   • When you have attended 10 workshops* from my public workshop schedule, you become eligible for the Repeat Offender Reward – a complimentary one-day workshop.
   • *’workshop’ refers to attendance at a workshop booked with and managed by me, Kim Herringe, from my public workshop schedule. It excludes Private Group workshop bookings or those managed by other third parties.
2. Redemption Options
   • The FREE workshop can be any one-day workshop of your choice.
   • The value of the one-day workshop is the Returning Students fee of $220.
   • Alternatively, you may offset the value of a one-day workshop (equivalent to the Return Student workshop fee) against a two-day workshop of your choosing, covering the difference between the standard one-day workshop fee and the total two-day workshop fee.
   • The Reward is also exchangeable for a 2-hour one-on-one private tuition session.
3. Notification
   • Rewards are calculated annually, and students receive email notifications in mid- to late-December of their qualification.
4. Exclusions
   • The following events do not count toward the 10 workshop tally:
     • Private Group workshop bookings;
     • Private tuition sessions;
     • Free or gifted workshop attendance;
     • Online workshops;
     • Executive Ink weekly classes;
     • Summer Impressions; and
     • Workshop attendance using the Repeat Offenders Reward.
5. Reward Redemption
   • The Reward must be redeemed within the calendar year for which it was awarded, otherwise, it is forfeited.
   • Enrollment is subject to availability, with only one Repeat Offender Reward place allocated per workshop.
   • The Repeat Offender Reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Workshop Cancellation
   • Cancellations made 4 or more weeks before the booked workshop date can be rescheduled for another workshop in the same calendar year, subject to availability.
   • Cancellations made 2-4 weeks before the booked workshop date may result in forfeit if the spot cannot be filled by a fee-paying or other Repeat Offender Reward student.
   • Cancellations less than 2 weeks before the booked workshop date will result in the forfeiture of the Reward.
7. Additional Information
   
   • These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
   • This program may be cancelled at any time without notice. If the program is cancelled, any Rewards not redeemed at that point may still be redeemed as per the conditions above, with no further rewards released.
