In my capacity within the team, I typically collaborated closely with a project architect, playing a pivotal role in project execution. My primary responsibility involved the comprehensive preparation of project documentation, encompassing various stages from initial submission to the municipal council, ensuring strict adherence to planning regulations, to the development of detailed construction documentation. Throughout these processes, I operated with a high degree of autonomy, requiring minimal supervision. Additionally, I actively engaged in close coordination with structural and other engineering consultants, working in tandem with the lead architect to ensure seamless integration of design and engineering elements. This collaborative spirit extended to participation in client and consultant meetings, fostering effective communication and alignment of project objectives. As the workload and project timelines demanded, I provided supervision and guidance to additional draftspeople brought into the team. Notably, I was entrusted with sole responsibility for overseeing the entire fit-out process of the 'Tottus Los Angeles' supermarket, spanning an area of 4,900 square meters. This encompassed duties ranging from the initial design layout to the commencement of construction. Throughout my tenure, I employed a range of software tools to achieve our project objectives. These included AutoCAD versions spanning from 2008 to 2015, with a notable exception being the 9-level office tower project, 'Vista Kennedy,' which I executed entirely in Revit Software. This comprehensive approach extended to producing plans tailored for LEEDS certification. Beyond my drafting responsibilities, I assumed the role of CAD-BIM Manager, where I authored the CAD Standards manual for the office. I also took the lead in providing essential training to CAD operators, ensuring adherence to established standards. Furthermore, I leveraged my expertise to develop customized Auto/VisualLISP commands and functions tailored to enhance productivity and drawing efficiency, aligning seamlessly with our company's unique requirements and standards.
