In my role, I frequently collaborated closely with a project architect, forming a dynamic team to drive project success. My primary responsibility entailed the meticulous preparation of project documentation, a comprehensive process that spanned from initial submissions to the municipal council to the meticulous crafting of detailed construction documentation. These responsibilities were executed with a high degree of autonomy, demonstrating my proficiency and ability to work independently. In addition to my documentation duties, I played a vital role in facilitating the seamless coordination of project activities with structural and other engineering consultants. Working closely with the lead architect, I ensured that design concepts were effectively integrated with engineering considerations. This collaborative approach extended to active participation in client and consultant meetings, where I contributed to constructive discussions and alignment of project objectives. As project demands fluctuated, I assumed the role of supervisor when additional draftspeople were brought in to support the team. Notably, I was entrusted with sole responsibility for overseeing the comprehensive fit-out of the 'Tottus Los Angeles' supermarket, covering an expansive area of 4,900 square meters. My duties encompassed the entire project lifecycle, from initial design layout to the commencement of construction, underscoring my ability to take the lead on complex projects. Throughout my tenure, I adeptly utilized various software tools to meet project requirements. These included a range of AutoCAD versions spanning from 2008 to 2015. An exceptional project, the 9-level office tower 'Vista Kennedy,' was entirely produced in Revit Software, including plans tailored for LEEDS certification. In addition to my drafting responsibilities, I took on the role of CAD-BIM Manager, where I authored the CAD Standards manual for the office. I played a crucial role in providing essential training to CAD operators, ensuring strict adherence to established standards. Furthermore, I leveraged my technical expertise to develop custom Auto/VisualLISP commands and functions, strategically tailored to enhance productivity and drawing efficiency, aligning seamlessly with our company's distinct standards and operational needs.
