Etching Workshop Gallery

I have gathered below some photos of students at work from our metal plate etching workshops. Etching aluminium plates with a copper sulphate and salt makes for a non-toxic and accessible metal plate etching process. Have a look what students have etched and printed below – absolute beginners, people who have dabbled in printmaking and people who had printed drypoint and other intaglio printmaking but not etching.
